These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the booking of stays at Mas Cal Rus accommodation in Alp (La Cerdanya). By using the website or making a booking, you accept these terms, which take effect immediately.

3. Conditions of use

Age: bookings may only be made by people with legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law. Minors need the consent of their legal guardians.
Accurate information: you must provide true and complete information when making an enquiry or a booking.

4. Bookings

The details of each booking (accommodation, dates, number of guests and price) are set out in the booking confirmation. On arrival, all guests must show identification, as required by guest registration regulations.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video, is the property of Mas Cal Rus or its partners and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. It may not be used without prior permission.

Mas Cal Rus shall not be liable for:

Damage resulting from use of the website or services that is not directly related to our management.
Service unavailability for reasons beyond our control, such as internet connection failures, outages of utilities supplied by external companies (electricity, water or gas) or force majeure.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Girona, without prejudice to consumers’ right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
