Flexible policy

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.

Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

To cancel your booking, email us at hola@calrus.cat with the lead guest’s name and the dates of the booking.
